Delivery
We are working closely with our network of dealerships that remain open at this time. If you’re commencing a novated lease during the Stage 4 period, call us to discuss vehicle delivery options.
Servicing
In line with advice from the VACC and DHHS, only repairs deemed essential and critical can be carried out during the current restrictions. This includes broken windscreens and windows, damaged tyres and brake repairs, and does not include routine servicing. For the sake of clarity, the VACC interprets this to also mean that logbook and scheduled servicing are also not permitted. Where emergency repairs are required, we encourage you to visit the nearest available service centre.
End of leases
If you’re coming to the end of your lease, we’ll be in touch to discuss your options, which include:
• Upgrade to a new car and lease;
• Extending the lease on your current vehicle;
• Paying the residual to own the car outright.
